The Cottonwood Guesthouse, has three guest suites available:
The Alder room, the Birch room, and the Cedar room.

The Birch room
The Birch room is a one bedroom suite with a private bathroom and kitchenette.
In the room you will find a king size bed, two side tables/dressers, a comfortable reading chair, a fireplace, and a smart TV with internet.
Single occupancy
$150 per night,
Double occupancy
$190 per night,
There is a $50 cleaning fee for stays of four nights or less.
The Cedar room
The Cedar room is a large suite with a private kitchenette and bathroom.
In the room you will find a queen size bed, two night stand/dressers, a fireplace, a table and chairs, a loveseat, and a smart TV with internet.
Single occupancy
$150 per night,
Double occupancy
$190 per night.
There is a $50 cleaning fee for stays of four nights or less.

The main house has two private suites available. The suites are, The Birch room, and the Cedar room.
The common area has a sofa and chair, for those that would like to visit other guests outside of their private suite.
WiFi is also included with all rooms.

The Alder room
The Alder room is our newest suite. It is located on the second floor, above the Event Center, and has it's own private deck.
In the suite you will find a queen sized bed, two dressers, a table and chairs, and a kitchenette.
The kitchenette has a sink, a mini fridge, a microwave, and an induction stovetop. It also has a Keurig coffee maker, a French press coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. There is also a selection of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery.
